Returns & Exchanges

All items are non-refundable. All regular priced items (except accessories and bags) are eligible for one-time exchange. If your purchased item is out of stock for exchange, you may exchange for other items within the purchasing amount.

The return request should be made within 3 days from the date of receiving your package, otherwise it is NOT acceptable.

The item(s) to be returned or exchanged must meet SELLABLE CONDITION, together with the original packaging.

Please inform us about the return via email info@heaven-journey.com, state the order number, name of item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reasons for returning these item(s). A return address will be sent to you by email once we receive your request of returning. (normally will take 3 business days.)

Please return the items within 3 days (except public holiday) of receiving our reply. Include the return item(s) with its original package, and mark with your order number for identify the items, otherwise it is NOT acceptable.

Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund on any return shipping fees. All items will be inspected on return. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, or is incomplete or after the required period, we will not be able to offer an exchange.

Please note the following items are non-returnable:

• All earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
• Bags
• On sale items
• Items have been worn, washed, scented or altered in any way
• Items without all original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the order

Heaven Journey reserved the right to change our Return Policy without prior notice. We reserved the right to refuse return or exchange if the merchandise in question do not meet our standards.

 

所有貨品不設退款。

如果你對收到的貨品不完全感到滿意, 不用擔心。所有正價貨品（除配飾和手袋外）都享有⼀次性的更換。如貨品沒現貨提供退換, 金額可供換取其他貨品。

您可在貨品發送3天內辦理退貨或換貨。

請確保退貨及換貨商品不影響再銷售, 並保留原包装。

如需換貨, 請於收到貨品後的3天內電郵到 info@heaven-journey.com 通知我們, 並清楚列明你的訂單編號、需要更換的貨品和更換的原因， 否則恕不接受。

當我們收到你的換貨要求時, 退貨地址將透過電郵給你（一般需要3個⼯工作天）。

收到我們的回覆後, 請於3天內退回貨品（公眾假期除外), 包裹內請寫上你的訂單編號、貨品名稱及退換原因, 否則恕不接受。

退貨及寄回換貨的來回運費需由客戶承擔。

退換如不符合我們的準則, 將不予受理 。

請注意下列貨品我們恕不換貨：

• 所有耳環（基於衛生問題）
• 手袋
• 減價貨品
• 貨品已被使⽤用過, 磨損, 洗涤, 薰香, 修改或任何方式改變
• 貨品沒有原裝附上的標籤, 包裝等配件

Heaven Journey有權於毋須另行通知的情況下更改條款及細則。 如果更換貨品不符合我們的準則, Heaven Journey擁有退換貨品的保留權利 。如有任何爭議, Heaven Journey將擁有最終的決定權。
